Account basics you give us: your name, phone number, goals, and preferences (like units and texting tone).

Health and fitness signals you choose to connect or share: sleep, recovery, heart rate and HRV, workouts and training load, nutrition and macros, body metrics, and menstrual or cycle information if you choose to share it. You control which sources are connected.

Context that affects your body: your calendar and travel plans if you connect them, your location if you choose to share it, and environmental data for where you are, such as weather, altitude, air quality, and time zone.

Email, only if you say yes to flight scanning: after you connect Gmail or Outlook, ObeoFit asks whether it may look for airline confirmation emails. If you agree, it searches only for those and keeps the flight details (route, dates, times). No other email is read, stored, or used, and you can say no or disconnect at any time.

The messages you exchange with ObeoFit, so it can coach you and remember what you're working on.

Payment information when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription and limited billing details, but we do not store your full card number.

Basic technical and usage data needed to run the service reliably, and privacy-respecting analytics on our marketing pages (see 'Cookies and analytics' below).

To coach you: deliver the right guidance at the right moment, answer your questions, and adapt to how training, nutrition, travel, your cycle, and your environment are moving your body.

To personalize and improve the coaching you receive over time.

To run the service: create your account, send you texts, process your subscription, provide support, keep the product secure, and prevent abuse.

We do not use your personal health data to train models for anyone else. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.

Service providers who help us operate, bound by contract to protect your data and use it only to run ObeoFit: secure hosting and infrastructure, message delivery (SMS and iMessage), wearable and app connections, calendar connections, payment processing (Stripe), and analytics.

Your team, only if you join through a program. If your school, team, or organization runs ObeoFit, approved staff can see the guidance and flags relevant to coaching you. You'll always know when you're on a team account.

Legal requests, only when required by law, and to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

A successor entity, if ObeoFit or SoinsAI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We'll notify you and this policy will continue to apply to your data.

Never advertisers. Never data brokers.

Subscriptions are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you check out, your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We keep records of your subscription status and billing history so we can provide the service, support you, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

ObeoFit works over text, so the core of the service is the conversation between you and your coach. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

You can stop the texts at any time: reply STOP to opt out, or ask your coach to pause. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of coaching texts does not by itself delete your account or data, which you can request separately (see 'Your controls and rights').

Erase what ObeoFit knows: text 'forget me' in the thread and the profile facts, learned patterns, and boundaries the coach has stored are deleted right away.

Stop data collection: disconnect any wearable, app, or calendar from the Integrations page, and stop sharing live location from the thread. Both take effect immediately.

Access, correct, or delete: ask in the thread or email us for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion of your account and personal data.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The health and fitness information you share is sensitive, and we treat it that way: least-collection, encryption, and no sale or ad use, ever.

ObeoFit is a consumer health and fitness product, not a healthcare provider, and it does not provide medical advice. We are generally not a HIPAA 'covered entity,' so the health data you share with ObeoFit is governed by this Privacy Policy rather than HIPAA. See our Terms of Service for more on the limits of the service.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connected-account tokens are encrypted with keys held separately. We limit internal access to what's needed to run the service and support you.

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except limited records we're required to keep (such as billing history).

No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you and any regulators as required if a breach affects your data.

Our marketing pages use privacy-respecting analytics to understand what's useful and improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell analytics data.

The signed-in app surfaces (your dashboard, account, and connections) are kept separate and are not fed to third-party analytics.

ObeoFit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you're under 18, use ObeoFit with a parent or guardian's knowledge. A parent or guardian can request review or deletion of a minor's data anytime by contacting us, and texting 'forget me' wipes what the coach has learned.

We collect only what's needed to coach, and we never sell or advertise to minors.

ObeoFit is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps to protect your data consistent with this policy wherever it's processed.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the thread or by another reasonable method. Continuing to use ObeoFit after an update means you accept the revised policy.
