What ObeoFit collects
Account basics you give us: name, phone number, sport, position, and goals.
Health & performance signals you choose to connect: sleep, recovery, heart rate and HRV, workouts and training load, and testing numbers you share.
Context that affects your body: your calendar and travel plans, plus environmental data for where you are, like weather, altitude, air quality, and time zone.
The messages you exchange with ObeoFit, so it can coach you and remember what you're working on.
How we use it
To coach you: deliver the right guidance at the right moment, answer your questions, and adapt to how travel, training, and environment are moving your body.
To improve the coaching you receive over time. We do not use your personal health data to train models for anyone else.
That's it. We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
Who we share it with
Your team, only if you join through a program. If your school or team runs ObeoFit, approved staff can see the guidance and flags relevant to coaching you. You'll always know when you're on a team account.
Trusted service providers who help us operate (secure hosting, messaging delivery, analytics), bound by contract to protect your data and use it only to run ObeoFit.
Legal requests, only when required by law.
Never advertisers. Never data brokers.
Your controls
Disconnect any wearable or data source at any time from the connect portal.
Ask ObeoFit to pause, and it stops texting you.
Request a copy of your data, or delete your account and data entirely, by emailing us.
Minors
Many of our athletes are under 18. If you're a minor, we ask for a parent or guardian's consent before you start, and a parent or guardian can review or delete your data at any time.
We collect only what's needed to coach the athlete, and we never sell or advertise to minors.
Security & retention
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connected-account tokens are encrypted with keys held separately.
We keep your data only as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data.

Your data, your call
Erase what ObeoFit knows: text “forget me” in the thread and every profile fact, your researched public record, and your set boundaries are deleted immediately.
Stop data collection: disconnect any source anytime on the Integrations page, and stop sharing live location from the Messages thread. Both take effect immediately.
Everything else:just ask in the thread — for a copy of your data, a full account deletion, or any question about what’s stored. Your coach is also your support channel.
Your data is never sold and never used to train models for anyone else.
