ObeoFit is an AI health and fitness coaching agent you use over text. It reads the signals you connect, such as your workouts, sleep, recovery, nutrition, cycle, calendar, and environment, and texts you guidance to help you train, recover, and reach your goals.

ObeoFit is a general wellness and fitness product. It is designed to help everyday people, athletes, and anyone chasing a health or fitness goal.

ObeoFit is not a doctor, dietitian, physical therapist, or licensed healthcare provider, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its guidance is for general fitness and wellness purposes only.

Always talk to a qualified professional before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise, nutrition, supplement, or health program, especially if you're pregnant, have a medical condition, are injured, or take medication. Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something ObeoFit told you.

ObeoFit is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.) or go to the nearest emergency room. You use ObeoFit's guidance at your own discretion and risk.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ObeoFit. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use ObeoFit with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using ObeoFit, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're using the service for yourself. One account is for one person.

Your account is tied to your phone number. You start by texting the coach line, and you get web access through a secure sign-in link ObeoFit texts into your thread.

Keep access to your phone and sign-in links secure. You're responsible for activity that happens through your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access.

By texting ObeoFit, you agree to receive text messages from it as part of the service. Message frequency varies based on your activity and settings. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

You can opt out of coaching texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your first week is free. To start it you add a card, which is charged $0 today; your free week begins when the card is on file and your first charge lands 7 days later. Cancel before day 7 from your account page and you are never charged.

After your free week, ObeoFit is a paid subscription: $20 per month, or $120 per year (which works out to $10 per month). Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include any taxes that may apply.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The checkout link arrives in your first text from ObeoFit and is also on your account page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked in your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don't provide refunds or credits for partial periods. If we change prices, we'll give you notice before the change applies to you, and you can cancel if you don't agree.

Use ObeoFit for its intended purpose and follow the law. Don't misuse the service, interfere with or disrupt it, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to harm others.

Don't share your account, resell the service, or use ObeoFit to build a competing product. Don't rely on ObeoFit for medical, emergency, or safety-critical decisions.

We may suspend or limit accounts that abuse the service or put it, or other users, at risk.

You own the information and messages you share with ObeoFit. You give us the permissions we need to process that information to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and text 'forget me' to wipe what the coach has learned. See the Privacy Policy for details.

ObeoFit, the ObeoFit name and logo, the Obeo character, and the software, content, and design of the service are owned by SoinsAI Inc. and protected by law. These Terms don't give you any ownership of them.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use ObeoFit for your own health and fitness, subject to these Terms.

ObeoFit connects to third-party services you choose, such as wearables and apps, calendars, your mobile carrier, and Stripe for payments. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them.

ObeoFit is provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't guarantee any particular result, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its guidance is complete or accurate for your situation. AI can make mistakes; use your judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoinsAI Inc. and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of ObeoFit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoinsAI Inc. and its team from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or the law.

You can stop using ObeoFit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the thread or by another reasonable method. Continuing to use ObeoFit after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
